In making a complaint about the town marshall hitting me with the a door on my way out...?
So in my small town the "Marshall" is in charge of all criminal activity that occurs within city limits and the sheriffs office takes care of things in rest of the county.. So what happens if when the Marshall is commiting a crime against a person. In which case I am the victim, and I took my complaint to the Sheriffs office who passed my complaint to the town mayor who works closely with the Marshall. The mayor is no law enforcer if I am correct, as a victim I shall have rights. So who is responsible for receving my complaint because this is criminal activity and it just dont seem that the Mayor should be receiving this complaint along with the evidence for the case.. HELP.
