You're not obese but you are overweight by a bit. you need to be atleast 140lbs to be considered a healthy weight, you need to stop eating before you do get obese, 15 more pounds and you're considered obese so keep that in mind, you need to eat 3 meals a day and thats it. Eat alot of subway because that tastes nice and will help you lose weight. drink Green Tea also, Eat things like sushi, tuna and cucumber. stay away from cheese. you need to do this.
