How to stop giving into temptation for junk food ?

Get into cooking and have fun with making healthy recipies and that way you can make things what you really like which are good for you and you like more than the the junk food. You probably just do not have much access to the healthy stuff what tastes good and if your parents just buy junk, they probably are not good at cooking healthy. Im sure if you tell them that you are interesting in cooking healthy stuff and explain what you need for it, they will allow it as long as you clean up after yourself. Explain to them that you do not want to eat unhealthy. You might be able to get them to be healthier!
