Am I right in the situation?? With my boyfriend?

Ya, it was wrong! Telling someone who they can and cannot talk with is a form of abuse! who are you do control his friends? If the things he does and says with/to her aren't inappropriate and he's not cheating on you (emotionally or physically) then he should have every right to be friends with her. if you can't handle them being friends then you should find a new boyfriend. Think of one of your guy friends that you enjoy talking to... no imagine your boyfriend asking you politely to stop talking to this friend. How exactly would you feel? would you do it?
