Can this happen during rough sex?

My penis is a bit sore but there is not rash or anything. I had pretty rough sex so I was thinking it was just sore form going a bit too hard. I did use a condom and it was safe. What do you guys think? It doesn't hurt to pee or anything, just a really really dull pain that occurs whenever I touch it.
