The Amish women think showing off ones hair is disrespectful, and?

Showing off one hair, is a suppose to be a sign of being vain, for that is why we must cover our head in church, at least that is what I was told by my parents, as well as showing off your body, is for temptation of a man for why else would one show off her body to someone that is not her husband. =P It may sound a little old fashioned, but that is how some people are raised. =P
